About Me:
I help athletes and active individuals recover from injury, rebuild strength, and return to the activities they enjoy—whether that’s skiing, training, or staying active without limitations.
Having grown up in Aspen, I value the opportunity to serve the Roaring Fork Valley and the active community that makes this area unique.
I specialize in sports rehabilitation and performance-focused physical therapy, working with individuals ranging from active adults to high-level athletes. Prior to returning to the valley, I was part of the team at Next Level Sports Performance in Golden, CO, where I focused on post-operative rehabilitation and direct-access care in a high-performance setting.
Now based locally, I work closely with many of the region’s orthopedic surgeons, including those at the Steadman Clinic, to help guide patients through recovery and back to full activity.
At Valley Performance Physical Therapy, every session is one-on-one and tailored specifically to your goals—whether that means returning to sport, reducing pain, or improving overall performance.
