If this is your first visit with me, please book the "Initial Evaluation" option. Otherwise, please select "Follow-Up". I also offer Dry Needling sessions to those who have already completed an initial evaluation. These are shorter sessions for those looking for a tune up. No exercise progression occurs during the dry needling sessions.
